Upon Further Review: Anaheim Ducks Swept By San Jose

Before I get started here I want to wish Francois Beauchemin a happy retirement and thank him for his dedication to the Anaheim Ducks. We were beyond fortunate to share a lot of great memories with Beauch. Congrats again, Boom Boom! Now, on to the recap!

Fatal Four

The Ducks came out stronger in this one, compared to Wednesday night’s game. Anaheim played with a lot more desperation and urgency, easily bringing their best game of the postseason. After a goal from San Jose Winger, Marcus Sorensen, Anaheim trailed 1-0.

San Jose held their lead, up until the third period when Andrew Cogliano finally was able to get one past Martin Jones (that counted).
