"Tootsie," the 1982 comedy starring Dustin Hoffman as a neurotic actor who dresses as a woman to land a plum role on a soap opera, has been named the best film of all time -- at least according to actors -- by Time Out New York.
To determine its ranking of the top 100 movies ever, the listings-driven magazine polled actors on both sides of the Atlantic, including Bill Hader, Andy Serkis, Juliette Binoche, Zoe Kazan, Anthony Mackie and Brie Larson.
The brain trust's top choice will likely have some cinephiles calling for a timeout, or at least an explanation.
