Mexico's Great Escapee

It's outrageous, but not really a surprise. Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, Mexico's mightiest drug lord, escaped from a maximum-security prison -- again. He also did it in 2001. Fearing just this, the U.S. had sought his extradition.
