Sean Combs tops Forbes magazine’s annual list of “The World’s Highest-Paid Rap Acts.”

The rap mogul, who reverted back to his original “Puff Daddy” moniker ahead of his forthcoming album, earned $60 million over the past year, according to Forbes, securing his spot as this year’s hip-hop cash king.

Combs’ earnings largely come from his ventures outside the studio. His robust business portfolio includes TV network Revolt, alkaline water brand Aquahydrate, clothing line Sean John and Ciroc vodka.

Closely behind Combs is Jay Z (they tied for second place last year), who pulled in $56 million.
