Like the sound of a Salt & Straw sea salt and caramel ice cream cone while strolling the Venice Beach boardwalk? Or how about a scoop of Stumptown Coffee and Compartes Love Nuts while browsing art galleries downtown?
Well, you're in luck. The Portland, Ore.-based ice cream company known for its unconventional flavors (think garam masala and cinnamon-cauliflower), is opening two new L.A. locations. A 1,035 square-foot Salt & Straw will open on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in the fall, followed by a 2,300 square-foot arts district scoop shop in the winter.
The first Los Angeles Salt & Straw opened on Larchmont Boulevard last year.
