Former Milwaukee Brewers manager Ron Roenicke is set to replace Lorenzo Bundy as the third base coach of the Dodgers, the team confirmed to The Times on Monday afternoon.
Bundy will remain on Manager Don Mattingly’s coaching staff, overseeing the outfield defense and assisting bench coach Tim Wallach.
The change is expected to be made by Tuesday for the start of the Dodgers’ two-game set against the Oakland Athletics at O.co Coliseum.
Roenicke, 58, was fired by the Brewers in May.
He became the manager of the Brewers in 2011 and led them to the playoffs that season.
