USC linebacker Su’a Cravens remembers the last time the Trojans were picked to win the Pac-12 conference.
And because of that, Cravens, a junior, spoke with caution about season expectations at Pac-12 media day on Friday.
“I don’t know,” Cravens said when asked if USC would fulfill the media’s preseason prediction of a Pac-12 championship for the Trojans. “It’s nice to have that kind of recognition, but we've got to take it game by game."
USC was last picked to win the conference in 2012, when Cravens was a high school senior at Vista Murrieta and was committed to play for the Trojans.
