The 31-year old Cogliano was drafted 25th overall in the 2005 draft by the Edmonton Oilers. He carries a $3.25 million salary cap hit for another three seasons.
The 24-year old Shore was drafted 61st overall in the 2012 draft by the Dallas Stars. He carries a $2.3 million salary cap hit with one year left.
