The NFL’s highest paid non-quarterback has a new home to go with the contract.
Defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, who in March signed a record-breaking six-year, $114-million free agent contract with the Miami Dolphins, has bought a house in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for $6.5 million.
Built in 2013, the contemporary-style house fronts the Intracoastal Waterway on about half an acre.
Space and volume is emphasized in the 11,142-square-foot home through free-flowing rooms, floor-to-ceiling glass and vaulted ceilings. Set above the public areas, glassed-in catwalks connect the upper levels of the home.
Among the features are a modern kitchen with two islands, a glass-enclosed wine room, a home theater and a gym.
