New Greek reform plan crosses own 'red lines' on taxes and pensions

The Greek government scrambled Thursday to finalize the details on a comprehensive package of economic reforms to submit to European partners in return for a cash infusion to keep the country's banking system afloat and prevent Greece from crashing out of the Eurozone.

An emergency summit of all 28 members of the European Union to seal Greece’s fate is scheduled for Sunday. Eurozone leaders are demanding that Greece come up with a plan before midnight Thursday so that it can be analyzed before and presented at that meeting.
