Kourtney Kardashian has reportedly taken a step toward nixing ex-boyfriend Scott Disick from her life -- the reality star is said to be seeking sole custody of their three children.
The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" stars are believed to have split earlier this month because of Disick's hard-partying ways. Their domestic woes have played out on their E! reality series, and though they never married, they have nine years and three kids between them: son Mason, 5, daughter Penelope, 3, and son Reign, 7 months.
Us Weekly and TMZ both reported that the 36-year-old has twice consulted "disso queen" Lauren Wasser -- she's the attorney who handled sisters Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian's divorces from Kris Humphries and Lamar Odom, respectively -- to discuss custody and a financial settlement.
