"Orange Is the New Black" actress Uzo Aduba and "So You Think You Can Dance" host Cat Deeley (subbing in for John Stamos, who was recently reported to be in rehab) will be the presenters, along with Television Academy Chairman and Chief Executive Bruce Rosenblum.
