With the win tonight, the Ducks mark the first time this season that they have won after giving up the first goal. Even more impressive is that they did it down a man with juggled forward lines following the injury to Cramarossa. It took goals from three of the Ducks hottest players right now, but they clawed back and outlasted a late surge from the Devils.
Worst: NJ Offense
Not that it was bad necessarily, but lacking. The absence of Mike Cammalleri and especially Taylor Hall was duly noted tonight. New Jersey relied on turnovers and sporadic scoring chances to keep up pressure but this game could have been much different had you had Taylor Hall on some of those breakaways.
