It was difficult to be positive about the Anaheim Ducks going into Tuesday’s game against the Winnipeg Jets. However, in a surprising twist, they made a comeback in the second period after a messy start, scoring 6 goals in the span of 40 minutes. The game ended with an empty-net goal from Carter Rowney, the Ducks lighting the lamp with a 7-4 win.
Tonight, they face the Vancouver Canucks. With the complete absurdity that is the Pacific Divison right now, no one would have predicted that they would be 2nd in the Division. However, they’ve played the game with passion and fervency.
