Ducks Recall Zolnierczyk from San Diego (AHL)

The Ducks have recalled left wing Harry Zolnierczyk from the San Diego Gulls, Anaheim’s primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).

Zolnierczyk, 28 (9/1/87), scored 4-3=7 points with three power-play goals (PPG) and 25 penalty minutes (PIM) in 14 games with the Gulls this season. Zolnierczyk was originally recalled by Anaheim on Nov. 6 but did not appear in that night’s game vs. Columbus. He was reassigned to San Diego on Nov. 7.

Signed as a free agent by Anaheim on July 3, 2015, Zolnierczyk has scored 5-4=9 points with 83 PIM in 59 career NHL games with Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and the New York Islanders.
