The Anaheim Ducks are bringing back one of their young defenseman. The team announced it re-signed Jacob Larsson to a two-year extension worth $2.4 million.
Larsson was picked 27th overall in the 2015 NHL Draft. The 23-year-old had two goals, and nine assists in 60 games last season, averaging just over 16 minutes per game of ice time. With the move, general manager Bob Murray has re-signed all of the Ducks’ unrestricted free agents.
Head coach Dallas Eakins sent out Larsson in more of a defensive role, with 54.
