The Ducks are the walking wounded as the regular season winds down.
Goalie Frederik Andersen has a concussion, which headlined several injuries or illnesses announced Friday morning, before the Ducks played the Vancouver Canucks. Andersen sustained the injury in the second period of Wednesday’s game, and Ducks Coach Bruce Boudreau did not know exactly how it happened.
Center Rickard Rakell had an appendectomy and will be out about a week.
The Ducks also announced that left wing David Perron will be out until late April or early May with a separated shoulder.
