Travel photographer Michele Burgess is leading a tour to Cuba next spring with plenty of photo ops.
The itinerary includes Havana, Pinar del Río, known for its tobacco production, and the towns of Trinidad and Cienfuegos, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Among the highlights are a Havana city tour in classic automobiles from the ’50s and a visit to a classic-car garage; a visit to Regla, an Afro-Cuban community known for its ties to Santeria, and lunch at Fusterlandia, the home of ceramics artist José Fuster, who has decorated his home and more than 80 others nearby with colorful murals.
