On Monday, the Anaheim Ducks placed veteran winger Tim Jackman on waivers. This morning it was announced that Jackman had cleared waivers and he was subsequently assigned to AHL San Diego.
Jackman was acquired by the Ducks during the 2013-2014 season via a trade with the Calgary Flames. The 33 year old 483 game veteran has 75 career points and is best known for his place after dropping the gloves.
From 2013-2015, Jackman appeared in 81 games with the Ducks, solidifying himself as a great fourth line energy guy who had the ability to score from time to time.
