Providence, R.I. - Ten American players were named to the 2016 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All Region Teams, as announced on Wednesday. UConn's Emily Armstrong, Rachel Hill and Stephanie Ribeiro and Memphis' Valerie Sanderson were all named to the first team.
UConn had the most among American teams with three players named to the All-Northeast team while Memphis had two players receive honors. UCF, Cincinnati, SMU and Tulsa each had a player named to the team.
