PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The scheduled football game between USF and UConn, which had been slated for Saturday morning, will not be played as scheduled as a result of continuing concerns related to Hurricane Irma.
The game was originally scheduled for noon ET this Saturday and was since adjusted for a 10:30 a.m. start time in an effort to allow the USF travel party enough time to return to Tampa. The continued path and timing of the storm, however, made travel from Florida an untenable endeavor this week.
