USF took down Central Connecticut State, 3-0, in the first round of the NCAA Women's Soccer Championship at Bryan Park in Greensboro, N.C., on Tuesday, April 27.
Chiara Hahn opened the scoring in the 52nd minuted off an assist from Katie Kitching. Paula Leblic powered home a rebound in the 64th minute to expand the Bulls' lead, while Vivianne Bessette capped the scoring with a rocket from 35 yards out in the 71st minute.
Sydney Martinez and Katrina Haarmann combined for a shutout.
With the win, USF will face Texas A&M on April 30 at 3 p.
