ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – After a breakout junior campaign, rising senior Kay Kay Wright was selected by USA Basketball and the Junior National Team Committee to participate in the 2019 Pan American Game team trials.
Wright will travel to Colorado Springs to attend the trials May 16-20 at the U.S. Olympic Training Center. The 12-player roster, which will be announced following the trials, will take part in a training camp July 23-Aug. 5 before traveling to Lima, Peru for the Pan American Games Aug. 6-10.
The Orlando native is the lone representative from the American Athletic Conference.
