PROVIDENCE, R.I. – UCF and USF both find themselves in position to advance to the NCAA Men’s Golf Championship after the second round of competition on the Watson Course at the Reunion Resort. After two rounds of competition, the Knights sit second with a team score of 20-under par (556), while the Bulls sit at 13-under.
Individually, SMU’s Mac Meissner and Houston’s Michael Perras each find themselves tied for 19th place at the Norman and College Station Regionals, respectively.
The top five teams from each region, along with the low individual not on the advancing teams, will move on to the NCAA Men’s Golf Championship ose teams from each of the six 54-hole regional tournaments advance to the NCAA Championship rounds.
