PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winner of the league’s boat of the week award for the initial time this season.

UCF’s varsity 8 closed out its home regatta with the fifth Black and Gold victory of the day. The boat cruised to a win and crossed the finish line at 6:39.6. The Knights were nearly 10 seconds ahead of the defending Division II national champion Central Oklahoma.
