IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly women’s basketball honors, for the week ending Sunday, February 27.

Dynah Jones * R-Jr. * G * Tulane
Jones was a force on the offensive end in a 2-0 Tulane week, helping the Green Wave run its active winning streak to nine games overall with an average of 21.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists per contest. Jones poured in a career-high 25 points, including 10 points and the tying bucket during a fourth-quarter rally, in a 67-58 win against SMU on Feb.
