IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the 2020 women’s soccer awards, voted on by the league’s head coaches.
Regular-season champion USF claimed four year-end awards, as Sydny Nasello was named Offensive Player of the Year, Chyanne Dennis was selected as one of the Defensive Player of the Year honorees, Sydney Martinez was picked Goalkeeper of the Year and the Bulls’ coaches were named the Coaching Staff of the Year.
Memphis earned two awards, as Mya Jones was selected as the Midfielder of the Year and Grace Stordy was picked as Rookie of the Year.
