Conference opening weekend ended with a slate full of sweeps as the home teams did not lose a single set across six matches. Memphis, North Texas, Rice, South Florida, Tulsa, and Florida Atlantic all won in straight sets to end the weekend. Tulsa, Rice, Wichita State, South Florida and North Texas all improve to 2-0 in conference play following the opening weekend.
