TULSA, Okla. – No. 9-seeded South Florida rallied for a 4-3 win for the second consecutive day to join three of the top four seeds in the semifinal round of 2022 American Athletic Conference Women’s Tennis Championship at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Tulsa.
South Florida stunned top-seeded and No. 19-ranked UCF by overcoming a 3-0 deficit with wins in the final four singles matches. The Bulls will face No. 4-seeded Memphis, itself a 4-3 winner against Tulane, with a trip to Saturday’s championship final at stake.
