DALLAS - The SMU Mustangs women's basketball team won their fourth straight game on Tuesday night, defeating Arkansas Pine Bluff in Moody Colliseum, 74-45.
The Mustangs (5-2) used a dominant first half that saw SMU outscore Arkansas Pine Bluff 46-22.
In the third quarter, the Golden Lions were held to just nine points, shooting 21 percent from the field and missing all four of their three-point attempts.
Jasmine Smith scored a game-high 19 on 6-of-12 shooting. She also joined the 1,000 point club for the Mustangs in the process.
Savannah Wilkinson (10 points), Tamia Jones (13 points) and Jessi Peterson (10 points) all joined smith in double-figures.
