Seven American Athletic Conference Tennis Teams Selected to the 2017 NCAA Championships

INDIANAPOLIS – UCF, Memphis, USF, SMU, and Tulane men’s teams, along with the Tulsa and USF women’s teams were selected to the 2017 NCAA Tennis Championships, as announced on Tuesday evening.

The first and second round matchups will take place May 12-13 or May13-14 at assigned host sites, with the round of 16, quarterfinals, semifinals and national championships held at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex in Athens, Georgia, May 18-23.

USF (17-8) opens the 2017 NCAA Men’s Tennis Championship against Duke (16-9) in Athens, Georgia. The Bulls won the American Athletic Conference Championship and earned the automatic qualifier for the fourth consecutive season with a 4-1 win over UCF at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida on April 23.
