Memphis' Henderson, Houston's Oliver Named To Midseason All-America Teams
At the midpoint of the 2018 college football season, two American Athletic Conference players have been singled out as Midseason All-America selections by leading media entities. Memphis running back Darrell Henderson, the nation's leading rusher with 1,133 yards and 13 touchdowns, joins Houston defensive tackle Ed Oliver, who has 11.5 tackles for loss and nine quarterback hurries, as The American's candidates. Both players were chosen to the Associated Press, Sporting News, ESPN, Sports Illustrated and The Athletic Midseason All-America teams.
