IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly men’s basketball honors for the 14th week of the season.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
DeAndre Williams, Sr., F, Memphis
Williams helped lead Memphis to a pair of victories last week by averaging 26.0 points, 8.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists. The senior recorded 26 points, was 8-of-13 from the field and 10-of-10 from the free throw line at South Florida Wednesday and posted 26 points, 12 rebounds and six assists against Temple on Sunday.
