PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly men’s basketball honors for the 18th week of the college basketball season.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Corey Davis, Jr. – Houston – Sr. – G – Lafayette, La.
Davis averaged 24.0 points in a 2-0 week. The senior topped Houston in scoring as well as field goals (16), free throws (9), and assists (10) with only two turnovers. He led No. 12/12 Houston to wins over SMU and at No. 20/19 Cincinnati during final week of regular season.
