PALM HARBOR, Fla. - The American Athletic Conference announced its 2019 women's golf major awards and all-conference team on Friday afternoon. Houston senior Leonie Harm and head coach Gerrod Chadwell repeated as Player and Coach of the Year. UCF's Elizabeth Moon was selected Freshman of the Year. Eight different teams had a least one player on the all-conference team.
Harm earns her second-straight American Athletic Conference Women's Golf Player of the Year award after winning her first individual conference championship on Tuesday. The league's top-ranked golfer at No. 10 nationally, Harm led after round one, was tied for the lead on day two and won by two strokes.
