Four Players from The American Selected in the 2016 WNBA Draft

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – UConn seniors Breanna Stewart, Moriah Jefferson and Morgan Tuck were selected with the first three picks in the 2016 WNBA Draft on Thursday at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. USF senior Courtney Williams accompanied the Husky trio as she was selected with the No. 8 overall pick in the draft.

Stewart, Jefferson and Tuck became the first time in WNBA history the top three selections came from the same school. The trio is the 17th, 18th, and 19th Huskies to be selected in the first round of the draft.
