IRVING, Texas -- Four student-athletes from the American Athletic Conference have been named as All-Americans by national media entities following the 2021 season.
East Carolina pitcher Gavin Williams, Pirate second baseman Connor Norby, Memphis catcher Hunter Goodman and Tulane shortstop Collin Burns have all been honored for their performances in the 2021 season.
All four were members of the All-American Athletic Conference First Team, while Norby and Burns were selected to the conference championship All-Tournament Team.
Williams, the American Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Year, went 10-1 with a 1.88 ERA and one save in 14 appearances this season.
