IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly cross country awards for the week ending Sunday, September 1.

Shay McEvoy, R-Jr., Tulsa
In a competitive field at the Oklahoma State Cowboy Preview, McEvoy finished in second place in the 5,000-meter run to help lead the Golden Hurricane to a first place finish against No. 1 Oklahoma State and No. 3 Arkansas.
