CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (December 12, 2022) – Tyler Harris opened Monday night's game at Northern Iowa by hitting three straight triples and scoring the first 11 points for the University of South Florida Bulls. The fifth-year senior ended the evening with a game-winning three-pointer from the logo at the buzzer to secure a 72-69 victory for South Florida.
USF (4-6) has now won four of its last five games and scored at least 70 points in each of those wins. Northern Iowa falls to 3-7 with the loss.
Not only did Harris lead the Bulls with 18 points, including the final dagger, but locked down Northern Iowa's Bowen Born defensively to the tune of four points.
