PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The top four seeds comprise the field for the 2016 American Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer Championship, which gets underway Friday at Corbett Stadium on the campus of USF. Both games will air live on The American Digital Network (www.youtube.com/americanathleticconf) at 4:30 p.m. ET and 7 p.m. ET.
Third-seeded UConn (11-6-1 overall, 3-3-1) will meet No. 2 Tulsa (9-4-4, 4-2-1) in Friday’s opening semifinal game at 4:30 p.m. ET. The Hurricane defeated Memphis, 2-0, on Nov. 4 to advance to the semifinals, while the Huskies tied SMU, 1-1 in double overtime last Saturday to earn a trip to the semifinal round.
