IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s monthly golf honors, for the month of September.
Men’s Golf Player of the Week
Jake Peacock, Sr. – South Florida
Peacock earned a pair of top six finishes at two highly contested fall tournaments. At the Visit Knoxville Collegiate, feature four ranked teams, Peacock shot a 6-under 204 to finish tied for third place. He followed that up with a 6th place finish at the Windon Memorial Classic, which had another three ranked teams, where he shot 3-under 210.
