OKLAHOMA CITY | Haylie McCleney has been named first-team All-America for the third year in a row, and three other players earned honors from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association, giving the University of Alabama softball team four honorees for the fourth time in the last five years.
McCleney, a junior center fielder who was a second-team All-American as a freshman, leads the Crimson Tide with a .453 batting average, and her .596 on-base percentage will set a single-season record if it holds up through the end of the Women's College World Series.
