Wrong information was leaked out, in terms of Wonderlic tests results for two quarterbacks in this year’s NFL Draft class.
Despite Tua Tagovailoa of Alabama making a 13 on the test in 2018, ESPN’s Laura Rutledge reported that he made a 19 on the exam at the NFL Scouting Combine. Jalen Hurts, a former Alabama and Oklahoma signal caller, had a grade of 18 on him yet Albert Breer of NBC Sports Boston has the real score. Hurts actually made a 21 on the Wonderlic.
Regardless of both guys still falling below the average of 24, Tagovailoa and Hurts were much closer to the mark than what was originally reported.
