Jalen Milroe is confident in 17-year-old true freshman, Ryan Williams, and it was evident in the Tide’s win over USF.
Williams was targeted by Milroe several times throughout the Tide’s tough win over the Bulls. He finished the game with 68 receiving yards and one touchdown on four receptions.
Milroe feels the confidence he has in the 17-year-old has been built at practice.
“It goes all about practice, reps and repetition,” Milroe said after the game. “I think that’s a big key component when it comes to playing on Saturdays, the reps during the week. It factors into how well he plays and how confident he is as a player.
