For the first time since 2016, someone other than Damien Harris started at running back for Alabama.
Harris didn't start against Tennessee Saturday night and was essentially the Crimson Tide's third running back throughout the game due to what coach Nick Saban termed as "internal reasons."
Josh Jacobs got the start at running back for Alabama versus Tennessee and ran for 64 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries during the first half.
Harris didn't enter for the first time until midway through the first quarter and finished with only three carries.
Jacobs, meanwhile, had 12 carries through three quarters.
