Alabama’s leading pass catcher for the 2024 season will be returning to Tuscaloosa for his senior season. Germie Bernard announced on his Instagram on Wednesday that he would be back at Alabama in 2025. His decision is one that will impact the rest of Alabama’s receiving core next season as well.
With Bernard coming back to school, Alabama will have a more experienced, well-rounded group of wide receivers. Bernard reeled in 50 receptions for 794 yards and two touchdowns. He became a reliable option for quarterback Jalen Milroe over the course of the season. With Alabama turning the page to a new quarterback, Bernard will be very beneficial to have on the field.
