Kalen DeBoer and Alabama football will face its first true dual-threat quarterback of the season when they take on USF on Saturday.
The Bulls starting quarterback, Byrum Brown threw for 3,018 yards and 23 touchdowns last season. He also added 745 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns. DeBoer feels Brown’s ability to run is something the Crimson Tide must be aware of.
“Very productive, both with his legs, is something that is very noticeable, not just on film, but with the stats and then throwing for over 3,000 yards last year,” DeBoer said when discussing Brown on Wednesday.
