The made-for-TV high school football doubleheader at the Hoover Met on Saturday features a bevy of future SEC players.
A bunch of them are headed to Alabama.
The doubleheader -- Hoover vs. Pinson Valley at 11 a.m., followed by Cedar Grove (Ga.) vs. Hewitt-Trussville at approximately 2:30 p.m. -- features five players committed to Alabama, three more headed to Auburn and one of the nation's top-ranked receivers who's committed to Georgia.
Hewitt-Trussville's roster includes five of those future SEC players, including four committed to Alabama.
The Huskies' Alabama commitments are five-star lineman Pierce Quick and quarterback Paul Tyson, both seniors; and junior receiver Dazalin Worsham and defensive back Malachi Moore.
