Alabama was in an unusual spot Saturday night in Starkville against Mississippi State: the Crimson Tide was behind.
That didn't last very long.
The Crimson Tide, ranked No. 2 in CFP, capped a five-play, 75-yard drive when quarterback Jalen Hurts scored from 1 yard out to tie the game at 7.
The drive was highlighted by a Hurts-to-Calvin Ridley 61-yard pass to the State 1.
After the score, and standing in front of service men and women, Hurts saluted the military personnel on Veterans Day.
