Will Smith is one of the most legendary actors of his generation.
He sculpted his body for numerous leading roles, including the Ali biopic in 2001 and I Am Legend in 2007.
The 53-year-old has kept himself in great shape throughout his career, but Monday provided him with a new experience.
Smith went to the Miami Dolphins training facility and worked with starting quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa. He was reluctant to drink Kava, a soothing beverage consumed for centuries by Hawaiians and Polynesians, but Smith did it and went to work.
He performed several exercises, including soft tissue workouts, wall ball tosses (medicine ball), dumbbell workouts (bench), side planks, pull-ups, and reverse crunches with Dave Puloka.
